Dear Students,

See launch for applications for our Fintech Africa 2018 Program in collaboration with PayPal.

Why I'm reaching out to you: Do you know any great companies? We're looking for fintech startups that:

  • address insurtech, pensions and savings, cooperative finance, and financial literacy;
  • leverage data for credit scoring and consumer insights;
  • integrate financial health services with other mobile services including social media, gaming, and online commerce;
  • and apply fintech to our other sectors of interest: agriculture, energy, education, and health.

We plan to make 50,000USD investments in two early-stage fintech ventures. If you have a founder or company in mind, please reply with their info (website or email address) or have them apply here. Applications will close on November 24.

If you have any questions about the above, please email me for more information. As always, thank you for your continued support of the Village Capital Africa practice. Please let us know how we can help your efforts.

All the best,

Tina
