How to Self-Register for COVID-19 vaccination and download your COVID-19 vaccination certificate

COVID-19 VACCINATION SELF-REGISTRATION & CERTIFICATE DOWNLOADING

A.               How to Self-Register for COVID-19 vaccination

It is recommended that persons coming for vaccination at the Directorate of University Health Services to register their details beforehand on the Ministry of Health vaccination portal (MOH CHANJO SYSTEM).

This will fast-track your vaccination process and reduce chances of data entry errors.

Kindly follow the following steps to register yourself:

STEP 1: Log on to the following link: https://portal.health.go.ke/ 

(You can use your phone or computer)

STEP 2: Click on to Create Account button (Blue Button on top Right-Hand corner)

STEP 3: Fill in your personal details including Identification Card Number, Email, Phone Number and Create a new password for your MoH CHANJO account

STEP 4: Click Sign Up to Register.

Your details are now available at any COVID-19 vaccination center.

STEP 5: Once you get to the vaccination center, inform the health worker that you have already self-registered and present your ID card number for identification.

 

B.               How to download your COVID-19 vaccination certificate

STEP 1: Log on to the following link: https://portal.health.go.ke/ 

(You can use your phone or computer)

STEP 2: Click on to Sign In Button (White Button on top Right-Hand corner)

STEP 3: Insert your ID card Number and MoH CHANJO Password

STEP 4: Once you have logged in into your personal MoH Change account, Scroll down to the Vaccination Certificate Tab (Left Hand Corner) and click on it.

STEP 5: Click on Download Certificate button to get your certificate, which you can print.
