On Wednesday 16th November, 2016, the World will come together in celebration of GIS Day, the annual salute to geospatial technology and its power to transform and better lives. This year's GIS Day theme is "GIS for Sustainable Development."

Kenyatta University in collaboration with ESRI Eastern Africa take this opportunity to humbly invite you to join us in this year's GIS Day 2016 National Celebrations which will be held at Kenyatta University's Amphitheatre, main campus. The event kicks off at 8:00 am and will be the whole day. The National GIS Day will be a forum to demonstrate real-world GIS applications that make a difference in our society.
