We are thrilled by the response we have received to date for the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program! Thousands have applied and we are looking forward to welcoming them to the third cohort of the Program.

As academic institutions open their doors for the year ahead, we have decided to extend the deadline for applications to September 30th to specifically give a chance to applicants who may not have heard of the Program due to summer holidays.

We appreciate your's and your team's support in spreading the word widely across your organization and broader communities as soon as possible to give students time to come on board. This truly is a unique career development opportunity for high-potential youth from around the world - not only because it is fully funded but also because it builds long-lasting and cross-border relationships between tomorrow's leaders. 

The Crossroads Program is very dear to me and the team, as we have seen firsthand the immeasurable positive impact it has had on students' lives. I invite you to find out more about the Program on our website or social media channels and share these details widely so that together we may reach many more students.
